• The Product is not different from what was shipped to you
  

• It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  

• the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual and accessories)

Return Process:

• Step 1 –If you received wrong, damaged product, Raise a return/ exchange request via email - customer@aditis2.in within 36 hours from the date of delivery. Please mention order number and contact details and make sure to send the pictures of the damaged product within 36 hours of delivery.
• Step 2 – Give us 2 working days to review your return request. 
• Step 3 – After reviewing your return request, we will acknowledge the Return. You will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner or Postal services. We  will reimburse the courier charges/Postal charges, in your account from which the payment was made.
• Step 4 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
  

Refunds

For the products that are returned by the customer, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to the bank account the details for making such refund and the timelines are usually 15 days to 30 days.
